Super Negin Saffron
Grade 1 Super Negin with high crocin content, vibrant crimson threads, and intense honey-floral aroma.
Super Negin represents the pinnacle of saffron harvests. Only the thickest, all-red tips of the crocus sativus flower are clipped by hand, completely free of yellow style or debris.
Gently grind a few threads with a small pinch of sugar or salt. Steep in 2-3 tablespoons of warm water (or ice cube) for 15-20 minutes to release maximum floral essence and golden elixir color before adding to culinary dishes.
Certified ISO 3632 Category I. Crocin (color strength) > 250, Safranal (aroma) > 40, Picrocrocin (flavor) > 85. Packaged in Swiss airtight UV-protective glass jar.
